About the Author
Paul C. Price received his B.A. in psychology from Washington University and his M.A. and Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from the University of Michigan. Since 1996 he has been a professor of psychology at California State University, Fresno—teaching research methods and statistics, along with courses in judgment and decision making, social cognition, and health psychology. In 2018, he won the Provost’s Award for Excellence in Teaching—his university’s highest teaching honor. Paul also directs the Judgment and Reasoning Lab at California State University, Fresno. The research that he and his students conduct has been funded by the National Science Foundation and has resulted in numerous journal publications and conference presentations. Paul is also a regular peer reviewer for several professional journals and on the editorial board of the Journal of Behavioral Decision Making.
